Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Timeframe: We accept cancellations only within 6 hours of placing an order. Once confirmed, orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery, making cancellations after this timeframe unavailable.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Shapify, we ensure you receive quality products. However, if you are not satisfied, our return and exchange policy is outlined below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (including stockings) cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully.
  • Used, opened, or damaged items by the customer cannot be returned.
  • Free replacements are available only for products with manufacturing defects.

Conditions for Exchanges:

Exchanges are only available if:

  1. Wrong product was received (requires a package opening video).
  2. Manufacturing defects are present (requires a package opening video).

Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges:

  • You have 1 day from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests beyond this period.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at Siffey001@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and a video of the package opening (required for wrong items or defects).

Refunds & Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund or exchange promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
